Spring Creek Pastoral, adjoining our residential estate, is not just a nod to the past but a living, breathing part of our community. We’ve recently expanded our herd to 40 Charolais cattle, with 30% of them already in calf. Another proud addition is our bull, which isn’t just any bull, he’s the son of a European champion. This brings a legacy of excellence to our Charolais cattle breeding program.
Spring Creek Pastoral, where our new champion bull now resides, has been a working farm for an incredible 157 years. Even as we develop Spring Creek into a vibrant residential community, we remain dedicated to preserving this piece of our heritage. This blend of residential development with active farming is part of what makes Spring Creek so special.
