By entering the “Spring Creek Christmas Hamper” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

1.2 The Promoter is: Spring Creek Land Corporation Pty Ltd, located at 50 Telemon St, Beaudesert QLD 4285.

The above-mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘The Promoter.’

2.1 Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. We accept that a Parent, Guardian, or a Responsible Adult can enter on behalf of a child (person under 18 years of age in their care).

3.1 The competition commences on Tuesday 28th November 2023 at 9:00 am and concludes on Thursday 14th December 2023 at 11:00 am.

3.2 To enter the competition, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period. The steps are to comment the total number of Reindeer found at the Information Centre on the Competition post that will be pinned on the Spring Creek Facebook page and posted on the Spring Creek Instagram page.

3.3 Eligible entrants are permitted to enter multiple times throughout the duration of the competition. 

3.4 Entries must be received by Thursday 14th December 2023 at 11:00 am.

4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) prize winner. The winner will receive one prize package as set out below.

4.2 The prize consists of:

1x Christmas Hamper Total prize value is $253.00

4.3 The winner is not required to be present at the time of the draw. The prize will need to be collected from The Promoter’s Information Centre at Spring Creek Beaudesert located at 50 Telemon St, Beaudesert QLD 4285.

4.4 In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and cooperate as requires in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen using computerized random selection, chosen on Thursday 14th December 2023 at 2:00 pm. Each eligible entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.

5.2 Where the winner is not present at the time of the draw, they will be notified via Facebook on Thursday 14th December 2023. The winner’s name will be published on The Promoter’s website.

5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

 6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of, but not limited to, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, a catastrophe, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

 6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

 6.3 Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

 6.4 The Promoter and associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

6.5 The Promoter will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

 a) during the draw; b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw; c) in the participation in any prize; d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; e) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; f) in relation to the failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

 6.6 The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

 6.7 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

 6.8 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network. You are not providing your information to any other party.

By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by the Promoter in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.

Participants engaging in any form of tampering, providing false information, or fraudulent activities may be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter.

Participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without entitlement to any fee.

Participants are expected to adhere to respectful and fair behaviour on social media platforms and comply with the terms of service of the respective platforms.
